Individual therapy allows clients to receive high quality support that suits their needs and preferences in a 1:1 format with a registered mental health professional. Mind-Tract Therapists draw on evidence based treatment methods including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based, trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
